Help the Green Generation Win $200,000!

Earth Day has been presented with a wonderful opportunity to grow the Green Generation for Earth Day 2009, 2010 and beyond, but we need everyone’s help and we need it fast! All you have to do is click the "Support" button at this link by this Friday:

http://www.justmeans.com/competitionidea/10651/promoteidea.html

With enough votes we will become finalists for a $200,000 dollar grant. With a couple hundred votes, we will do seriously well in our category (Empowering individual action) so please, please, please get your friends and anyone you know to vote for ours too! They also take comments into consideration so feel free to post your support as well.

The international focus and massive scope of the Green Generation and Earth Day 2010 should make it an attractive proposal for Green Mountain Coffee, so we need to make sure we are finalists!

My friend Bob Kelly sent me this fun game with graphics.

1. Select the name of your band. To do this, go to Wikipedia and hit “random article.” The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.

2. Select your album title. To do this, go to Random Quotations. The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.

3. Select your cover art. To do this, go to Flickr and click on “explore the last seven days.” The third picture — no matter what it is — will be your cover photo.

4. Use Photoshop (or whatever) to pull it all together.

5. And then, of course, post it into your Facebook photo gallery, cut-and-paste these directions into the caption field and then tag the friends with whom you want to play.
